Santa's Helpers
This piece was designed for and was honored with the cover
of Teddy Bear Scene Magazine in the United Kingdom.
In Hennef Germany at the Teddybear Total event, Pamela was entrusted
with the loving care of Teddy Girl, a rare early Steiff purchased a
few years ago for $171,000 by Yoshihiro Sekiguchi as the crowning
bear of the IZU Museum. Isn't she a happy little girl?
At the Teddybear Total, we were surrounded by enormous studio
Steiff bears which were displayed at the entrance to the convention
building.
Two by Two --- 1998 Disney World Bear Convention one-of-a kind auctionpiece.
Pamela designed this piece as a combination of a beautiful old story and
the reality of today's endangered animals. The animals include
elephants, giraffes, lions, gorillas and pandas and are made from mohair
and range in size from 4-10" Their teddy bear protectors stand 11" tall.
This piece is now in a private collection in Florida.
Our First Grandchild A commissioned set for
Yoshihiro Sekiguchi the theme is based on the passing of heirlooms to the
family's first grandchild. On permanent display in the Izu Museum, Japan
