Ordering Information

Each Teddy is made specifically for the collector (with the exception of those bears in the Immediate Delivery Section.) The estimated delivery time is approximately five to seven months, however at the time of ordering you will be given an estimated delivery date.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required with each order. The balance is not required until the Teddy is ready for shipping.

Layaway terms are accepted on any order. This allows you to divide the total into monthly payments. There will be no refund on any unfinished layaway payments.

You may pay by check, money order, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Pamela has a secured transaction program available for online ordering via credit card OR credit card numbers may be forwarded via fax at 949-249-2151 or telephone at 1-800-359-3305.

Return Policy

Any purchase which does not meet you approval may be returned for a full refund. You must notify us via email or telephone call, within two days of receipt of merchandise and all merchandise must be received by us in pristine condition. All of these terms must be met before a refund will be made.

Shipping

All shipping is sent via UPS for customers within the United States. For all other customers, shipments will be made via the US Post Office. Please include any mailing preferences with your order. All overseas packages must be insured for its entire value, or the responsibility of loss or damage must be assumed by the customer.
