For almost eight years, Pamela has been the world's source for antique shoebutton eyes. These buttons date from approximately 1915 and were located in shoe factories in Texas and Oregon, in their original boxes and pristine condition. These eyes are perfect for use in both contemporary and antique design Bears and save you much time and money spent sorting through misshapen and useable glass eyes.

All buttons are guaranteed antique and as with all of the early Teddy Bear's eyes, they are black, solid leather with extremely strong bottom loops. (For those first time users - when installing these eyes, DO NOT try to crimp the wire loop as you would glass eyes - merely use an awl to enlarge the hole in the bear's head and string the eye as usual)
